What is NLP?
NLP is the study of how our mind works and an attitude of curiosity about how we think,
feel and behave. This leaves behind a 'trail' of extraordinarily effective methodology
and principles for enhancing human ability.
|
 |
NLP offers answers to the HOW questions like:
"How does that work?" or "How did they do that?"
We get answers through the process of modeling
conscious and unconscious subjective experience.
NLP is a revolutionary discovery because it
demonstrates that by changing how you think
you
could change your habitual behaviours and
therefore
the outcomes.
In short, it is as if you are
upgrading your software or changing the defaults.
It provides us with the equivalent of a User's
Manual
for our brain. When we understand the
specific
ways by which our brain processes
information to make distinctions, then it is
easier
to make changes, to learn and to communicate
effectively. |
NLP provides a
sort of Swiss army
knife of tools for
the development of
states of individual
excellence

"The evolution isn't over. We are the experience that the universe is having."
NLP is an attitude and a methodology, which leaves behind a trail of techniques.
